Mail Open & Scan Service

You’re not going into the office as much to collect your mail – and we get that. Because of that, we’re now offering Mail Open & Scan to Email service that can be customized to your liking. For example, you could choose to have items scanned to you as they arrive, once a week, once a month, etc. All we would require is authorization to open the contents on your behalf and a specified email address to send them to.

Daily Office and Team Space Rentals

It’s important to get your team together now and then. Zoom calls sometimes just don’t cut it. Thats why we’re now offering packages of guaranteed private offices or team spaces daily, weekly or monthly. Whether you’re looking to do 6 hours or 16 hours a month of business on site, we have a package that’s suited for you.

Equipment Storage

Downsizing your office for the time being is very important to reducing overhead costs. But, with intention to get back into the office, companies are exploring new flexible storage solutions.  With that, we’re now offering storage for equipment and office supplies for clients who are temporarily shifting to a virtual office solution. These temperature controlled, secure spaces, are on-site where our clients already call home. This way they don’t have the headache of moving all of their belongings from their office to a storage facility on Old Westin Road.

Although we’ve come up with some great solutions, we’re far from having them all.
