Working from home not working out like you expected? We’ve got you covered. Maintain social distance by working in one of our private offices, which are disinfected before and after you leave.

Masks Required

Masks are required to be worn by all members of our community when in common areas, such as hallways and the Reception area. We have additional masks available at reception.

Virtual Plans Available

Working from home? We are offering the first month free for all new virtual office subscriptions. We’ll handle your mail, deliveries, and provide you with live phone answering services.

The Rostie Group remains open. We ask that all of our community members to refrain from entering the office unless your work is essential and cannot be done remotely.

Rostie Group Covid-19 FAQs

Is The Rostie Group Still Open?

We are still open, with significantly heightened cleaning measures. We are encouraging all of our customers to practice social distancing, but we know that sometimes going into the office is necessary. If more than one member of your team is coming in, we are able to provide you with additional space to maintain social distancing, at no cost. At this time, we ask that no one enters their offices unless their work absolutely cannot be done at home.

Are there Rostie Group staff at the centre?

We are currently operating with a lower number of staff in the office than usual in order to help with social distancing, but our team is fully available on email or over the phone.

What services have been affected?

We are unable to host any meetings, and all community amenities such as complimentary coffee have been temporarily suspended. All other services are operating as normal.

Have you increased cleaning?

In addition to the extra cleaning staff provided by our building management, we have also increased cleaning efforts by adding a private cleaning service specific to our centre.  The main focus of this extra staff member is to frequently disinfect high-traffic areas, like our reception desk, door handles, and the elevator banks.

Are you still processing Mail?

We are processing all mail that comes in for our customers. We are able to forward your mail to you, or open it and scan it to you.

When are you returning to “business as usual?”

Although the future is unclear, we are hopeful that with a mass rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine, we can return to normalcy sometime within 2021.

If you have any questions at all, please feel free to email us by filing out the contact form below.

We will update this page with more information as the COVID-19 emergency continues.

How our Clients are coping with Covid-19

Dyer Brown Law Firm LLP

In response to ongoing developments related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the team at Dyer Brown LLP has developed a comprehensive operational plan that aims to protect its employees, clients, colleagues and the greater community while continuing to deliver uninterrupted legal services.

Most importantly, we have advised our staff to work from home in an effort to encourage and promote social distancing measures. We have also provided increased technological resources for our lawyers and staff to enhance our remote interactions, and are encouraging this manner of interaction whenever possible. This has included remote attendances at Examinations for Discovery and mediations via Zoom, as well as electronic filing of court documents in the absence of physical process servers.

Our team will continue to meet on a regular and frequent basis to assess the situation and respond as required.

We look forward to working together throughout this challenging time to ensure the best possible outcome is ultimately achieved and to maintain the continued level of quality work you have come to expect from Dyer Brown.
