U-Shaped Boardroom

This arrangement is the same as the hollow square style except that there is a designated speaker. It is recommended that one end of the square be left open to form the shape of a U while a presenter is speaking. Chairs are placed around the outside of the U so participants can converse with each other and the presenter.
